    The staff were friendly that I felt comfortable at all times. The spacious Classic Twin Room was well appointed, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with freshly prepared eggs and a varied selection of pastries.

    The hotel was stylish, had panoramic views and stunning location close enough to new city center located next to metro station, and most Turkish tourist places. I had a well-equipped and neat room with a huge bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful, the atmosphere was quiet and everything was really good. The service was very good, including a friendly check-in.

    Consistent issues with maintenance, like dirty carpets and old furniture!!! Reservations policies are needlessly confusing and unfair, especially regarding additional fees for children. Improve communication around service prices and reservation confirmations!!!

    The spacious room design was nice. I especially loved the good specialty breakfast with its gourmet options, including a lavish honey-comb block and over ten varieties of cheeses, made my mornings lovely.

    The hotel was in a fantastic location, very close to various restaurants and shopping options. We enjoyed the spacious and modern bathrooms which added a touch of luxury to our experience. The staff were attentive, ready to assist with anything we needed.

    The view from my beautiful corner room was fine. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to marka and carrefour complex. I was impressed by the friendly staff and the excellent buffet breakfast. The spa services were a perfect way to unwind. Love the indoor pool too!

    Amazing breakfast and comfortable stay!

    I had a lovely 2-night stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering an array of fresh options that catered to every taste. The room was not only super clean but also equipped with a nice coffee machine was great. The location was very convenient with several shopping options nearby. One area that could use improvement is the power outlets, as there could be more accessible ones for charging devices.

    The spacious Classic King Room provided a comfortable retreat, while the breakfast brought delight with its range of offerings, including fantastic hot dogs that were a surprising highlight. Staff were generally helpful, with notable assistance from Mr Erol and Mr Ersin, yet the power outlets in the room left much to be desired was good. The bathroom shutter malfunctioned , which impacted the experience slightly.

    The hotel is a luxurious and clean place with excellent views of the mountains and the pool. the room is modern and tidy, with a private bathroom, a shower, a hairdryer, and soft bathrobes. the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast is outstanding. the hotel has a particularly good and marvelous location at a great price, being very close to the city center, malls, shops, and attractions nearby.
